The actress - who sat front row - took her seat around 10:20 p.m., just moments before the "Material Girl" took the stage. Beau Ashton Kutcher was nowhere to be seen but Mila spent her evening chatting with two male friends and happily posing for photos with fans.
"She wore a rain poncho just like the rest of the crowd," an onlooker tells People.
Alicia Keys, Lenoardo DiCaprio, Anderson Cooper and Lucy Liu were also in attendance.

Mila Kunis stuck in elevator for 45 minutes!
Lazy Sunday? Not so much for Mila Kunis.
A recent incident put a serious damper on the Black Swan star's Sunday afternoon plans with a friend, Page Six reports. The two women -- along with up to 10 others -- got stuck in the elevator of a New York City building for almost an hour.
"They were stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and it became very hot in there," a witness told Page Six Wednesday.
Luckily, Kunis, 29, and crew kept their cool. "Mila and everyone else remained calm," the source adds. "There were firetrucks outside, and firefighters helped them get out."
